This month Ellen Anderson spoke with host Cam Wells from the program handi-Link which is produced in Windsor Ontario and focuses on disability issues exploring and contrasting with able-bodied life. Ellen shares why she established The Creative Spirit Art Centre back in 1992 for artists living with disabilities and some recent successes.
